This information can be used for advocacy efforts leading up to The Global Fund Replenishment meeting September 26-28 in Berlin. Civil Society is urging the Donor Community to pledge a total of $18 billion to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria for the Replenishment period 2008-2010. This will ensure that new funding Rounds are fully funded, that current programs are continued, and that money is available for massive scale-up of prevention, treatment, and care, in order to reach the global targets of Universal Access by 2010 and the Millennium Development Goals in 2015.
